With reference to the above subject, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today i.e. November 10, 2022, has taken on record and approved Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company under Ind AS along with review reports of the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022.
