We wish to inform you that the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives covered under the said Code of the Company from 1st July, 2020 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2020, to the public, in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
