SVOGL Oil Gas And Energy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016 inter alia to consider and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Approve PAS 4 and PAS 5 for issuance and allotment of shares under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme to lenders/promoters.<BR><BR>2. To authorise Share allotment committee to issue and allot shares under Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme to lenders/promoters.<BR><BR>Further the trading window will remain closed from Feb 03, 2016 to Feb 08, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
