With reference to above captioned subject, please find enclosed newspaper advertisement published in following newspapers on Friday, June 24, 2022: Freepress Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) as required to be given under Rule 6(3)(a) of "Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time" indicating the proposed transfer of equity shares to IEPF DEMAT Account of such Shareholders who have not claimed the dividend amount payable to them, since last seven consecutive years commencing from financial year 2014-15.
