Swastika Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, have adopted and approved the following policies:<BR><BR>1. Policy on Preservation of Documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Policy on materiality of event or information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Policy on archival of documents.<BR><BR>4. Authorization to KMPs for determining the materiality of an event as per Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
