We would like to inform that the Company has appointed CS Neha Pansari (ACS: 31763) as a Company Secretary and Key Managerial Person and further as a Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st October, 2020 by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting held on 29th June, 2020. Neha Pansari (ACS: 31763) is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is an associate member of ICSI, having deep insight in the areas of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance and SEBI related matters. <BR>
