Symphony Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 21, 2015 to approve and take on record the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for third quarter and nine<BR>months ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the Company's internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2015 till 24 hours after announcement of the said financial result to public.
