Syncom Formulations India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has appointed CS Nafisa Vakil, as a Company Secretary and further as a Compliance Officer of the Company at the Board meeting held on November 07, 2015 w.e.f. November 07, 2015.<BR><BR>Further that in compliance of the Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (LOADR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has appointed Shri Ankit Bankda, CFO and KMP as the additional Compliance officer for the purpose of Regulation 30(5).
