Syncom Formulations India Ltd has informed BSE that In compliance of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015 the Company has submiited a copy of Policy for Determination of Materiality under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015.<BR><BR>Further note that the above said policy was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 07, 2015 and shall become applicable w.e.f. December 01, 2015.
