Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 13, 2014 to June 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank.
