Further to our letter no.499/2914/CO/BNG dated 13.10.2017 informing appointment of Shri Krishnan S as Executive Director in Syndicate Bank for a period of three years w.e.f the date of his taking over the charge of the post on or after 01.11.2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vide Government of India notification No.F.No. 4/5/(8)2017-BO.I dated 9th October,2017,<BR> <BR> Shri Krishnan S has taken over the charge as Executive Director of the Bank on 01.11.2017 (in place of Shri R S Pandey who retired on attaining superannuation on 31.10.2017).<BR> <BR> This information is given pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
