SYNDICATE BANK - Board Meeting on Feb 11, 2015

Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 11, 2015, for considering issuance of equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 460.00 Crore (Rupees Four hundred and sixty crore only) by way of preferential allotment in favour of Government of India.
