Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 18, 2016 to June 24, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 24, 2016.
