Syndicate Bank has informed BSE that Ms. Jasleenn Suri, elected as a Shareholder Director of the Bank under Section 3 (i) of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Bank with immediate effect.
