Syrma SGS Technology Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Syrma SGS Technology Limited would be closed effective immediately on closure of trading hours on BSE on March 31, 2024 and shall opened after 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
