Syrma SGS Technology Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

As per Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 it is hereby intimated that the trading window of Syrma SGS Technology Limited would be closed effective immediately on closure of Trading Hours on BSE on June 28, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024.
