Sysco Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/10/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As required under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the meeting of the Monitoring Committee will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 to fix the Record Date for extinguishment/cancellation of Shares as per the terms and conditions of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ('NCLT'), Ahmedabad vide its Order dated July 1, 2022.
