TD Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.05 per share for the year ended March 31, 2016, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, payable to the Shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members as on the date of the Annual General Meeting.
