TD Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 02, 2017, to consider inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2016 and publication thereof, the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares will remain closed from January 23, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of "Insider Trading.<BR><BR>The said Trading Window closure has been notified internally by the Company on January 16, 2017.
