Talbros Automotive Components Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has in its meeting held on August 12, 2015, noted the resignation of Mr. R. P. Gupta, CEO-KMP from the services of the Company effective August 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Consequently the Board has decided that the Presidents of all divisions and JV companies will report & work under the guidance & supervision of Steering Committee comprising of the Directors of the Company.
