Talbros Engineering Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 19th May, 2023 has recommended the dividend of Rs. 2/- (20%) per fully paid-up equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
