Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 19th May, 2023 have appointed M/s G R A B & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial year 2023-24.
