Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the unaudited stand-alone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and take on record Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed from July 30, 2015 to August 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Trading Window will remain open from August 09, 2015.
