Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2016, have appointed M/s. R&A Associates, Company Secretaries, Hyderabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2015-16 with effect from February 01, 2016.
