The Board therefore informs the stock exchange i.e BSE, NSE that Mr. Rajendrakumar Anandilal Choudhary (DIN: 00494663), (Non-Executive) Non-Independent Director steps down from position of Director with immediate effect, on account of pre-occupation and other commitments. We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above.
