Tarini International Ltd - Board recommends Dividend

Tarini International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 29, 2014, inter alia, considered and approved the following businesses :<br/><br/>1. Recommendation of Dividend @ Re 0.20/- per share.<br/><br/>2. Reconstitution and rename of Remuneration Committee as "Nomination and Remuneration committee" as per Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>3. Establishment of vigil mechanism as per Section 177(9) and (10) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 7 of Companies (Meeting of Board and its powers) Rules 2014.
