Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, has appointed Dr. Nirmalya Kumar as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 26, 2016.<BR><BR>Dr. Kumar is not related to any of the present Directors of the Company.
