With reference to Increase in Volume of security on the stock exchanges, Tata Chemicals Ltd has clarified to BSE that "based on the information available with the Management, we do not have any information/announcement to share with the Stock Exchanges under clause 36 of the Listing Agreement which in our opinion may have a bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip of our Company."
