TATA COFFEE LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, December 25, 2021 in connection with consideration of Financial Results for the Third Quarter ending December 31, 2021. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the said Financial Results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
