TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. - Board declare Interim Dividend and Special Dividend

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 17, 2014, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 45 per equity share of Rs. 1 each of the Company, which includes special dividend of Rs. 40 per equity share.<br/><br/>Further, the Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on August 08, 2014.
