Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>1. To approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>2. To approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>3. To consider declaration of a Second Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders.
