TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 16, 2014, have recommended a Dividend of 29 paise on Redeemable Preference Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company for approval by the shareholders. This in compliance of the terms of the issue of the Redeemable Preference Shares, would be paid on pro-rata basis for the period April 01, 2013 till the date of redemption i.e. March 27, 2014.
