Chandrasekaran was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years from October 06, 2009 to October 05, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on September 03, 2014, has re-appointed Mr. N. Chandrasekaran as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for a period of five years effective October 06, 2014, subject to necessary approval of shareholders.
