To approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>2. To approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>3.
