TATA ELXSI LTD. - Revised Audited Results - Q4 ending March 31 2015

With reference to the earlier letter dated April 28, 2015, regarding the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015, Tata Elxsi Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said letter, the EPS (both basic and diluted) for the current quarter (Jan to Mar'15) shall be read as 9.58 instead of 16.57 (Standalone and consolidated) . The revised results are attached.
