Tata Global Beverages Limited - Updates on ensuing Board Meeting on May 24, 2016

With reference to the earlier letter dated May 06, 2016, regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors on May 24, 2016, Tata Global Beverages Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board, at the same meeting, may inter alia consider recommending inclusion of an item in the Notice convening the AGM, relating to issue of Non-Convertible debentures/ debt securities on Private placement basis, for the approval of the shareholders.
