Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that Mr F K Kavarana, Non-Executive Non Independent Director has stepped down from the Board of the Company effective close of business hours on March 26, 2014 consequent upon his reaching the age of retirement, in line with the policy adopted by the Board for retirement of Directors.
