Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>- In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, Company hereby confirm that the Board of Directors has formulated and approved the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosures.
