Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that Mr. Zubin Dubash (DIN: 00026206), was reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Director at the 82nd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 30th July, 2019 to hold office for a term upto 16th March, 2020. Accordingly, Mr. Zubin Dubash has ceased to be the Director of the Company with effect from 17th March, 2020.
