Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has issued a corrigendum to the Letter of Offer (the "Corrigendum") as part of the dispatch completion advertisement issued in compliance with Regulation 55(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009. The dispatch completion advertisement along with the Corrigendum was published in Newspaper on April 14, 2015.
