Tata Motors Ltd has informed BSE that as per the revised Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the trading window from June 22, 2015 to August 09, 2015.
