Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that CARE Ratings Limited has upgraded the rating of the Company Long term rating on the bank and debt facilities from ''CARE AA/Positive'' and to ''CARE AA+/Stable''.
