Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Sardana as CEO & Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from February 01, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
