Tata Power Company Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Vishakha V. Mulye, Independent (Woman) Director, has stepped down from the Board of the Company effective January 18, 2016, consequent upon her being appointed as Executive Director of ICICI Bank Limited.<BR><BR>The Board places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution made to the Company by Ms. Mulye during her tenure as Director.
