TATA STEEL LTD. - Sale of ordinary shares of Tata Motors Limited

Tata Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Company, as part of its portfolio restructuring has on September 18, 2015, sold through off-market transaction 3,78,78,787 Ordinary Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each of Tata Motors Limited to Tata Sons Limited at a price of Rs. 330/- per share, aggregating to Rs. 1249.99 crore.
