Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that 38,27,59,467 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (19.58%) held by Tata Sons Limited (Promoter) in the Company are locked-in till November 9, 2017 upon allocation of a part of the spectrum won by the Company in the auction pursuant to the Notice Inviting Applications for Auction of Spectrum dated August 8, 2016 issued by the Department of Telecommunications and amendments thereto.
