Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited is scheduled to be held on November 5, 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the Company's 'Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for the Designated Persons remains closed from September 24, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public.<BR>
