Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, has approved the appointment of Mr. Kush S. Bhatnagar as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with immediate effect under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
