Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule I (Part A - Model code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading for listed companies) to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window of the shares of the Company shall remain closed between May 08, 2014 to May 16, 2014 (both days inclusive).
