Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, inter-alia, has considered and approved the following matters:- a) Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, as recommended by the Audit Committee. We are pleased to enclose the following: i) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022; and ii) Statutory Auditors' Limited Review Report on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. The above matters have been duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting which commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 3.30 p.m.
